Refund policy

We strive to deliver products in perfect condition. However, in case you receive a damaged, defective, or expired product, we’re here to help.

Important Requirement

To initiate any refund or exchange request, customers must provide:

- A clear unboxing video (starting from the sealed package)

- Photos of the product showing the issue

This evidence must be recorded at the time of receiving and opening the parcel.

Eligibility for Refund/Exchange

Requests will be considered only if:

- The product is damaged, defective, or expired
- The unboxing video clearly shows the issue
- The request is raised within 48 hours of delivery

Process

  1. Share the unboxing video and product images with our support team.
  2. Our team will review and verify the issue.
  3. Once approved, we will initiate a refund or exchange accordingly.

Note

- Requests without a proper unboxing video may not be eligible for approval.
- Refunds/exchanges are only applicable for genuine cases of damage, defect, or expiry.

- For safety and hygiene, opened or used products cannot be returned.
- Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items, reported within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof.
- After verification, you may receive a replacement or full refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
- We do not accept exchanges or change-of-mind returns.
